Our Model - HR Business Partnering
We provide HR Business-Partnering Services (on a contractor basis) to different SMEs in various sectors such as Retail, Wholesale, Professional, HealthCare and so on. We provide bespoke solutions and specialist support to Companies, Managers, Operations Teams, and Business Owners who do not have an HR department. A dedicated highly experienced Consultant (CIPD Qualified) will be assigned to your business to take it forward with appropriate performance measures.
We focus on coaching your line managers to motivate and lead your team, in addition to assisting the organisational development and succession planning as well as handling the tasks of management of performance of various teams.
