Step 1

Immigration Skill Charges

The UKVI may charge an additional fee when you assign a certificate of sponsorship for employees with Skilled Worker visa or Intra-company Transfer Visa.

Obtain the Certificate of Sponsorship

On successful completion of the above procedures, the UKVI shall issue the Certificate of Sponsorship which is an electronic document with a unique number with which employees can apply for a visa.
